Tasks

-Creation and ownership of workflows and ETL pipelines that serve data to research teams, and customer facing platforms. -Coordinate with other managers to plan, prioritize, assign, and execute projects -Independently completes projects given time and platform constraints -Line management of a team data analysts and analytics engineers: Provide feedback, establish goals, train, hire, and monitor performance -Collaborate with colleagues across multiple time zones and disciplines to uncover pain points, process improvements, and data requirements. -Monitor and field inquiries from customers and colleagues about our data -Monitoring and communicating data quality.

What You Bring

-Experience in a data or software development role with line management responsibilities -Fluent in English. -Experience working in environments reliant on Excel, DAX, PowerQuery, SQL, Python, DBT, and Snowflake. Technical proficiency with these tools is required. -Power industry experience not required but preferred -Hands on approach to problem solving that delves into the details while maintaining the ability to succinctly propose solutions to steer decisions
