-Forecast accurately and keep CRM spotless. -Work alongside elite A+ players solving hard, important problems. -Build and manage a seven-figure pipeline across city, county, and enterprise accounts. -Engage directly with executives at top cities and engineering firms. -Navigate multi-stakeholder procurement and RFPs with precision. -Run disciplined discovery using MEDDICC to qualify, quantify, and close. -Collaborate cross-functionally and coach junior reps to raise the bar.

What You Bring
