Tasks

-Prepare test plans, conduct testing validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). -Facilitate management of change issues with the adoption of new information systems. -Implement SAP EHS Product Compliance software solutions such as SAP for clients worldwide. Assist with SAP system configuration, integration, training, rollout, support, maintenance, and improvements. -Collaborate with clients to develop/refine implementation strategy and on-going testing needs. -Support pre-sales team on RFP preparation with the scope of work, timeline plan and high-level project plan. -Design processes to meet requirements and prepare functional specifications. -Analyze user requirements, prepare requirements document, as-is & to-be processes and identify gaps. -Evaluate EHS PS software systems available on the market, including assisting clients with system requirements and system selection. Provide advice on different EHS PS software systems in response to specific data, organizational and operational requirements. -Interact with clients on a routine basis to gather requirements and develop a full understanding of various business scenarios in order to assist with the development of appropriate proposals. -Provide knowledge transfer enablement through formal documentation and end-user training. Engage in system support and training documentation teams, prepare and present training to internal consultants and client system users. ->= 2 Full Cycle SAP Product Compliance deployments – ECC and/or S/4HANA – including all phases such as planning, defining requirements, design, build, test, and deployment. -Engage in all life cycle stages of project execution; provide support and enhancement to SAP platforms and solutions as required to meet the overall business objectives of clients. -Lead consultant teams that configure/deploy SAP EHS Product Compliance solutions; specific activities include publishing system design documents, configuring components within the solution, analyzing/migrating data, and specifying custom reports/dashboards and automated interfaces. -Prepare for and lead project Blueprinting sessions with customer stakeholders to gather and document effective business requirements and translates requirements into functional and technical design specification documents.

What You Bring

-SAP technical skills (ABAP, BTP, iDoc, ALE, APIs, etc.) and certifications. -Project delivery skills – track record of technical delivery success to scope and budget. -Project Management certifications. -Commercial acumen and drive – track record of customer relations, business development and proposal management. -People skills – project staff leadership, client stakeholder engagement, client leadership relationship. -Demonstrate a thorough understanding of SAP methodology, principles, theories, concepts and techniques. -Self-motivated and driven. -Experience with a minimum of three full life-cycle implementations including all phases. -5 to 10 years’ experience – consulting and/or industry. -Strong SAP technical knowledge of specification database, materials management materials master & procurement, Logistics shipping & delivery, customer master and overall SAP landscape functionality & integration. -SME in global product compliance regulatory requirements -SAP EHS Product Compliance Architecture skills – WWI / GenPC, Expert, OCC / ADM / Cloud Loader. -Strong Chemical / Pharmaceutical business and market knowledge. -Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Chemical / Environmental Engineering / Science. Or equivalent experience. -Strong chemistry and Product Stewardship / compliance knowledge and experience. -SAP Product Compliance Adjacencies technical skills / experience – GTS, PLM, Sustainability Suite (SCT, SFM, RD&P). -Strong Manufacturing – High Tech and Hard Goods - business and market knowledge. -Strong business process knowledge – Product Stewardship / Product Compliance, P2P, OTC, and Manufacturing. -SME in Specification database / Substance Data Model, SDS authoring/distribution, DG classification/checks, GLM, Global product compliance / SVT including checks, and Discrete Product Compliance SPRC. -SAP EHS Product Compliance Content SME – 3E ERC+, SPRC Content Yordis/Opesus and/or CDX/SAP.
