The Role
Overview
Admin support for utilities engineering: orders, training, CMMS, docs, reporting.

Tasks
-Requisition PPE and safety equipment for the Operational group as requested. Maintain the onsite stock of PPE for the department and track the costs associated with this. -2 - Ensure each individual is notified of current training requirements and schedule training as required -Support on-going projects and initiatives within the Utilities' Engineering Team as required -Administrative work supporting the Central Maintenance Management System (CMMS). -Liaising with vendors to ensure that they are compliant with site requirements prior to coming. -3 - Report out on the Utilities Engineering Training percentage -Provide DMS (Document Management System) administrative support for the Utilities Engineering Group. -Preparation of the site monthly report for the contract governance meeting. -Purchase Order Requestor for the site team, as directed by the Veolia Contract Manager -Update red-lined SOPS's and other documentation s instructed by the Veolia site manager -1 - Co-ordinate site training for the Veolia and client utilities' Engineering team utilising the site Success Factors training system -Assist with any Data Administration required as instructed by the Veolia Contract Manager.

If you are a non-EU/EEA national , you will require current and valid permission to work and reside in the Republic of Ireland. -Excellent organisational skills -Leaving Cert or above -Have good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel -Excellent communication skills both verbal and written -Excellent interpersonal skills -Ability to work on own initiative -Experience with computerised Maintenance Management Systems, Maximo in particular -Ability to prioritise duties -Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to tight deadlines -Strong customer focus, with good interpersonal skills and a flexible approach
