Tasks
-Train staff on document management processes and systems as needed. -Maintain and optimise document control systems and processes, managing the distribution, retrieval, and archiving of documents. -Liaise with project teams to ensure document-related needs are addressed promptly. -Serve as the main point of contact for document-related queries and issues. -Ensure documents are updated, reviewed, and approved according to company policies. -Conduct regular audits of documents to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. -Collaborate with various departments to ensure documentation meets project and organisational requirements.

What You Bring
-Minimum two years’ experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role. -Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. -Experience with document control systems (Aconex required). -Strong organisational and time-management skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field (preferred). -Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
