Tasks
-Provide strategic feedback to Product, Development, and Marketing teams based on market trends and client input -Manage CRM activity, participate in marketing events, complete ongoing product certifications, and meet annual performance goals -Support the Sales team with training, demo scripts, and resources to strengthen product knowledge and presentation skills -Deliver compelling, value-driven product demonstrations tailored to client needs within the Mid-Market market segment

What You Bring
-Goal-oriented and self-motivated -Proactive with strong problem-solving skills -Excellent interpersonal skills -Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, accounting, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience -High responsiveness with proven client-centered commitment and focus -Strong influencing and communication skills -One plus (1+) years of successful software sales or presales experience, preferably with a Cloud ERP or solutions provider -Strong presentation and demonstration skills -Understanding of sales strategies and consultative selling and relationship-building techniques -Yardi domain experience -Ability to understand and demonstrate technical products -Ability to build relationships with team members and clients of all levels -Ability to manage a sales demonstration environment -Prior experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track and manage prospect and client activity -Industry expertise in relevant industry (property management, senior housing) -Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment -Ability to travel up to 50% -Experience in Real Estate Operations or Real Estate Accounting
