Tasks
-Conduct simulations and analyses using tools such as Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA). -Maintain accurate records of design iterations and engineering decisions. -Generate and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical documentation. -Ensure compliance with design standards and project specifications. -Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and testing teams to resolve technical challenges. -Design and develop mechanical components and systems, including electric motors.

What You Bring
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mechanical Engineer Designer to contribute to the design and development of mechanical systems, with a particular focus on electric motor technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed engineering designs, performing simulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product development initiatives. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Proficiency in CAD software and engineering documentation practices. -Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. -Leadership and mentoring abilities. -Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mechanical design; 5–10 years preferred. -Strong understanding of mechanical systems and motor components. -Familiarity with drivetrain systems and rotating hardware. -Attention to detail and analytical thinking. -Demonstrated experience with CFD and FEA tools. -Ability to perform engineering calculations and design analysis. -Expertise in CAD modeling and drafting. -High level of initiative and problem-solving capability. -Competence in interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
