-Participate in strategic innovation initiatives to identify cross-industry applications for future development. -Leverage Python-based scripting and automation tools for production and database management. -Support technical analysis of sensing technologies for improved performance and efficiency. -Contribute to design and implementation of license keys for product generation systems. -Assist with project management, process development, and data analysis.

What You Bring

-Ability to work collaboratively across research, engineering, and production teams. -Field of study in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline. -Junior or Senior standing, currently enrolled and on track to graduate in 2026 or 2027 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. -Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. -A 6-month immersive learning experience beginning Fall 2026. -Experience with or interest in Python programming, automation, and data management. -Hands-on exposure to R&D, product innovation, and technology development.
