Tasks

-Organising and arranging the delivery of tasks collaboratively with team members -Sharing best practices within the department -Assessing cost effectiveness and identifying potential financial risks -Management and production of pre-construction deliverables -Assisting in the growth of the department with an innovative and creative approach to new -Estimating and conducting cost analysis -Liaising with the management team to ensure reporting systems are up to date -Enforcing quality and efficient delivery throughout the whole department -Collaborating with engineers, architects and contractors to discuss and resolve issues -Liaising and responding to multiple customer needs within the department -Ensuring timely turnaround of quotations and delivery that meets customer expectations and SLAs -Subcontract enquiry management -Adjusting estimates and recommendations based on changes and updates to projects -Maintaining records of estimated costs
