-Provide engineering judgment, technical guidance, and mentoring to junior and mid-level staff. -Serve as a subject matter expert in specialized technical areas such as structural stability, advanced modeling, or complex roadway and traffic geometries. -Support proposals and pursuits for technically demanding projects, helping to define technical scope and risk. -Collaborate in research and development of new materials, methods, or technologies while contributing to design standards and internal practices. -Review and stamp complex or design-critical drawings and deliverables when licensed. -Participate in peer review sessions and provide solutions for difficult design and constructability challenges.
