Assist senior managers with warranty inspections and customer service in home construction.

Tasks

-Assist other Customer Care Managers and/or direct supervisor in performing their duties and responsibilities, including, but not limited to:Monitoring warranty repairsValidating service ticket progressionCoordinating & conducting on-site warranty inspectionsEntering line items and generating work orders in service systemConducting follow up with homeowners and vendors relating to open service requests -Monitoring warranty repairs -Develop literacy in construction warranty, root cause analysis, construction and technical language, construction materials, and Pulte Construction Standards -Responsible for the quality inspections of the home prior to delivery to the customer -Entering line items and generating work orders in service system -Coordinating & conducting on-site warranty inspections -Conducting follow up with homeowners and vendors relating to open service requests

What You Bring

-Gain proficiency in interacting with all customer types with varying communication styles, personalities, & different levels of homeownership experience -Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Engineering preferred -Physical Requirements: Position involves sitting, standing and/or movement, the ability to exert minimal force of up to 50 pounds and occasionally exert up to 80 pounds of minimal force to carry, lift, push, pull and otherwise move objects. Must be able to climb ladders, scaffolding and other means to reach and observe all areas of building -Valid Driver's License because driving is an essential function of this position -Complete Division and/or Customer Care orientation, onboarding and training programs (e.g., construction knowledge, job site rules, safety, warranty, SWPPP) -Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent -Some Customer service experience or equivalent preferred -Ability to work in various weather conditions -- heat, rain, cold, etc. -General knowledge of building codes -Basic computer skills -Some construction experience or equivalent preferred -Ability to read blueprints -Excellent verbal and written communications -Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
