Manage daily operations, staff, leasing, finances, and resident relations for a 314‑unit community.

Tasks

-Manage vendor relations, including bid solicitation, contract oversight, and invoice approvals -Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate on-site staff to maintain high performance standards -Participate in legal proceedings such as evictions, in coordination with attorneys -Prepare and monitor annual budgets, financial reports, and variance analyses -Lead weekly staff meetings and foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture -Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely repairs and upkeep -Draft and distribute resident notices, letters, and legal documents as needed -Oversee all aspects of lease administration, collections, and resident communications -Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement strategies to maintain budgeted occupancy -Supervise rent collection, deposits, and financial reporting using the Appfolio software

What You Bring

-Previous supervisory experience required -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software -Ability to balance empathy with firm enforcement of community policies -Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and relevant federal, state, and local laws -Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required -Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills -Knowledge of revenue management a plus -Minimum 2 years of experience in property management
