The Role

Overview

Deliver front‑of‑house customer service, reception and security duties at a client site.

Tasks

-Support site safety and security by following specific task instructions consistently. -Collaborate with and support other service lines when required. -Handle customer requests quickly and efficiently. -Monitor compliance with site rules, escalating issues when necessary. -Deliver exceptional customer service across all areas of the site. -Fulfil site requirements in line with our Service Level Agreement (SLA). -Undertake reception and admin duties, with the chance to develop expertise in specific service areas.

What You Bring

-A customer-first mindset and the ability to build strong relationships. -A willingness to undergo DV (Developed Vetting) clearance. -A current SIA licence — or be open to obtaining one with our support. -Self-motivation and a strong sense of responsibility. -Confident communication skills — clear, courteous, and professional. -The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. -(Optional but beneficial) Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
