Develop and implement cybersecurity frameworks and posture for Hitachi Energy's grid automation.

Tasks
-Lead change management initiatives and foster a security-first culture. -Collaborate with business leaders to align security with operational goals. -Monitor the evolving threat landscape and adapt strategies proactively. -Develop and implement core cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR). -Streamline security processes such as IAM, encryption, and network security. -Define secure architectures and controls for IT systems, networks, and applications. -Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans to prioritize remediation. -Integrate advanced security technologies for seamless protection. -Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. -Enforce governance and compliance with global standards and regulations.

What You Bring
-Experience with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls) and secure architecture design. -Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States. -4+ years of cybersecurity-related experience, focusing on security foundations or posture enhancement. -Proven ability to collaborate with global IT and security teams. -Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred; equivalent experience considered). -Strong understanding of risk assessments, vulnerability management, and threat analysis. -5+ years of program management experience, preferably in cybersecurity frameworks or risk management.
