Tasks

-Implement DevOps best practices using Azure DevOps (ADO) for CI/CD automation, infrastructure-as-code (ARM/Bicep), and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes). -Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to operationalize data for digital commerce — including pricing intelligence, personalization, and catalog optimization. -Provide architectural direction and technical oversight across commerce, product data, and analytics platforms. -Own the architecture and end-to-end delivery of enterprise commerce and digital experience platforms – ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with product and business objectives. -Drive modernization of commerce and digital ecosystems, including migration to cloud-native, microservices, and API-first architectures. -Explore and apply Generative AI and data-driven approaches to enhance digital commerce experiences, attribute generation, and customer engagement. -Collaborate with Product Management and Enterprise Architecture to define technical roadmaps, align resources, and ensure delivery predictability. -Partner closely with data engineering teams to design and implement data pipelines, APIs, and event-driven architectures that power commerce, personalization, and analytics capabilities. -Lead and manage a high-performing software engineering organization across onshore and offshore teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement. -Drive performance monitoring and observability through Grafana, ElasticSearch, Power BI, or Azure Monitor for transparency and reliability. -Coach, mentor, and grow engineering talent, developing leadership depth and technical capability across the team. -Enforce software engineering standards, code quality, and governance practices across distributed teams. -Lead the development of RESTful APIs, streaming services, and microservices using .NET, Python, and Azure technologies for real-time data processing and distribution. -Integrate enterprise systems such as PIM, PLM, ERP, and MDM with commerce and digital platforms, ensuring consistency and traceability across the product lifecycle.

What You Bring

-Solid experience with Azure Cloud, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps automation using Azure DevOps. -Strong background in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies, sprint planning, and engineering execution at scale. -6+ years of hands-on software development and architecture experience, with emphasis on commerce platforms, digital experiences, and product data ecosystems. -Strong programming experience in .NET, .NET Core, and Python, including RESTful API and microservices development. -Demonstrated success integrating enterprise systems like PIM, PLM, ERP, and MDM with digital commerce platforms. -Experience leading teams that deliver high-performance, data-driven, and customer-centric digital platforms. -8+ years of experience leading software engineering teams, including managing onshore/offshore models in a global enterprise environment. -Proven experience collaborating with data engineering and analytics teams to design and implement data-driven solutions. -Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align technical strategy to business outcomes. -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (Master’s preferred). -Deep understanding of data engineering concepts (data pipelines, streaming, event-driven design, and API-based data services).
