Field-based sales role managing construction accounts, driving solutions and growth

Tasks

-As well as demonstrating our innovative products and state-of-the-art software to your customers, you will also develop ‘focus’ customers by building relationships and uncovering new business leads. -You will be responsible for the operational, organisational and strategic account management of your sales area, fully utilising the best-in-class Salesforce CRM system. -You will be out and about in your designated region meeting your customers, to understand their needs, before providing them with tailor-made solutions.

What You Bring

-High quality branded workwear -Have a full, manual UK driving license and willingness to travel, as you will make site visits to engage with customers Monday to Friday. -Solution-oriented approach, with the ability to uncover customer pain points and needs to provide our best-suited solutions. -Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously to effectively manage your time and priorities. -B2B sales experience or experience working in construction and are familiar with construction environments, processes and applications and are looking to take your career in a new direction. -Resilience and adaptability – you will be comfortable meeting all levels of customers from a Site Operator to Managing Director. -Have no more than six points on your driving license. -You can provide evidence of eligibility to work in the UK. Please note: Due to the minimum salary thresholds, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for Account Manager roles.
