Overview
Lead coordination, admin, and stakeholder management for safe contract work delivery.

Tasks
-Produce periodic customer and management reports -Responsible for meeting and greeting customers and visitors -Assist the operational delivery team with day-to-day planning and works implementation -Be responsible for managing work streams including but not limited to; creation and submission of applications for payment, fleet support, creation of task numbers, contract administration and reporting of key contract data -Line manage, coach and support a dedicated team of co-ordination staff -Translate, technical and strategic information to their team in a manner that can be understood -Responsible for daily tasking of the team -Provide customer support and assistance as required -Support and chair customer meetings and attend site-based meetings -Co-ordinate and structure virtual and customer-facing engagements, ensuring effective scheduling of meetings and training sessions. -Managing processes and process mapping with the wider management team -Lead a team of co-ordinators to provide administrative support to the delivery teams -Cover for team members during periods of leave and absence

What You Bring
-Understanding of financial administration -Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a successful and motivated team -Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills -Confident communicator, able to express technical and financial information proficiently and succintly -Ability to attend sites and meetings often on live construction sites, often at short notice. -Full driving licence -Ability to support project finances, including supporting administration of the forecast and invoicing process -Experience working within a similar customer focused environment is essential -Excellent organisational skills -Deliver competent, structured and well lead training -The ability to independently deal with and manage issues as well as conflict
