Tasks

-Learn and apply sales materials, scripts, and objection-handling techniques. -Enroll new customers, explaining pricing, contract terms, and services. -Uses program knowledge to align product and service solutions to customer needs -Comply with industry regulations and company policies during every customer interaction. -Meets sales targets by product category -Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner. -Maintain accurate CRM records for all interactions and lead statuses. -Adhere to our business casual dress code and maintain a professional demeanor. -Manage a pipeline of follow-up calls for leads not closed on the first call. -Deliver compelling, compliant sales pitches and effectively close sales over the phone. -Works to find new sales leads -Make outbound calls to commercial prospects.

What You Bring

-Previous sales or call center experience is preferred. -Excellent time management and organizational skills. -Be punctual and present for all scheduled shifts: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. -Self-starter with a results-driven mentality and the ability to work independently -Ability to understand complex business needs and tailor solutions accordingly -Experience: 2+ years -High level of professionalism and integrity. -B2B sales experience preferred -Ability to learn quickly, retain product knowledge, and apply it effectively. -High School Grad / GED -Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. -Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and sales pipelines
