Renovate and ready apartments for new tenants: repairs, painting, flooring, fixtures.

Tasks

-Perform full unit turnovers, including drywall repair, painting, flooring installation, and fixture replacement. -Follow OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized worksite. -Collaborate with other turnover technicians and project managers to ensure all units meet SNS's high-quality standards before new tenants move in. -Safely use power tools, ladders, and other equipment to complete tasks. -Complete remodeling tasks such as installing cabinets, countertops, doors, and trim work. -Work efficiently to meet turnaround deadlines and reduce unit vacancy time. -Ensure all appliances are in working order and replace or repair as needed. -Conduct minor plumbing and electrical repairs, such as fixing leaks, installing outlets, and replacing light fixtures.
