Perform maintenance, repairs, painting & safety duties for facilities in Glasgow.

Tasks

-Act as the safety person for other trades while working at height -Painting and decorating tasks -Make sure that works are progressed in line with RIFM and Client procedures, with regard to on-site health and safety and comply with current regulations. -Represent the company at site level and promote the company’s services. -Carry out and assist with planned and reactive maintenance repair works (monthly emergency light tests and weekly fuel bunds inspections plus other delegated tasks within skillset)
