The Role
Overview
Assist the Property Manager with admin tasks, AP/AR processing, and tenant relations.

Tasks
-Generate and issue purchase orders (POs); reconcile and close open POs on a monthly basis. -Respond to tenant inquiries regarding accounts. -Run and update AR reports weekly. -Create weekly payable batches for submission to the Client for processing. -Process chargeback invoices. -Track and report retail sales collections. -Respond to vendor payment inquiries. -Assist APM with monthly accruals. -Reconcile tenant accounts; coordinate with accounting on adjustments and discrepancies. -Assist with the preparation and distribution of annual Rental Notices (RANs) and Year-End reconciliation letters. -Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the client by managing expectations. -Review, code, and process invoices promptly to ensure payment within 60 days. -Follow up with tenants in arrears via phone or email; escalate to APM if necessary. -Follow up on aging invoices and ensure proper documentation and approvals.

-Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications. -Experienced in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in a fast-paced office environment. -Driven, quick learner and able to work with a large team. -Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail. -Possess strong organizational, time management and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment. -Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. -Strong knowledge of YARDI. -Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills. -Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels of the organization and with external partners. -Strong relationship-building ability, proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful. -Experience with contracts and leasing agreements.
