Tasks

-Supporting sound clinical decision-making and ensuring quality care at all times -Leading and coaching your team with a strong focus on recruitment, development, and recognition -Managing audits, policy implementation, and working with NASC, Te Whatu Ora and other key external agencies. -Building meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and stakeholders – and being their trusted point of contact, especially in sensitive situations
