Manage defence construction projects, overseeing site operations, compliance and teams.

Tasks

-Coordinating direct labour and subcontractors -Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program -Ensuring compliance with HSEQ requirements -Site Management of the project from set up to completion -Ensuring effective cost control and efficient running of the project

What You Bring

-A police clearance that is within 12 months (or a willingness to obtain one – which we will pay for if you are successful!) -Defence project experience highly regarded -Regional travel may be required -Leadership qualities with a proven ability to develop employees and build strong successful teams -Flexible to travel as required between sites across Southern QLD -Current Driving Licence -Cert IV in OHS is advantageous -Tertiary or trade qualifications in Construction Management or Engineering -Demonstrated experience in a Site Manager role with construction main contractors
