Overview

Receive, inspect, label, and move incoming shipments in a warehouse.

Tasks

-move items to inspect area -verify shipment is not damaged before accepting -create pack list for items going to paint -deliver non-production items to the appropriate internal person -work with accounts payable to resolve invoice/receipt discrepancies. -assist in moving non-inspect items into locations -unload vendor trucks -work with purchasing to resolve any pack list/qty/revision issues -print and label product appropriately -confirm delivered items match pack list by qty and revision -Foster and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. -good penmanship -Computer literacy for basic Microsoft Office applications -Self-starter, able to succeed in a dynamic work environment -internally motivated, task oriented individual that can complete a task without constant or direct supervision -backflush items returning from paint -excel spreadsheet experience or power bi experience -Ability to interface effectively and positively with all members of the organization, suppliers and customers. -willingness to be in non-climate controlled warehouse -ability to organize in a logical manner -Willingness to do hands-on work within a team environment -ability to gain cooperation and assistance of others without authority over them -basic computer skills -accurate and detail oriented -Forklift experience
