Tasks
This role requires a proactive approach to sales—drawing on industry connections and market insights to drive growth—while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance. -Master and sell all of Triumvirate’s service lines, partnering with internal technical and operations teams to deliver high-value solutions. -Cold call new prospective companies that match our target customer profile. -Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory developments (RCRA, OSHA, environmental compliance) to offer tailored, strategic advice. -Partner with world-renowned change makers; helping them solve critical challenges while driving your own success. -Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines, track progress and ensure accountability. -Maintain a high level of sales activity in an assigned region. -Deliver the WOW to Triumvirate’s internal and external customers! -Build and maintain long-term, customer-intimate relationships with key decision-makers in Life Sciences, Industrial Manufacturing, Higher Education, and Healthcare. -Conduct strategic prospecting including leveraging referrals and networking at industry events and trade shows. -Travel regionally to meet clients and attend conferences, strengthening your market presence. Overnights may be required.

The ideal candidate will be eager to expand Triumvirate’s presence throughout North America by delivering tailored solutions that matter to our clients. Are you a results-driven consultative sales professional with a passion for building long-term client relationships and driving business growth? -Experience with the Sandler structured sales methodology. -Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science or Environmental Studies. -3+ years’ of successful consultative sales experience, preferably within the Environmental Services industry. -Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship. -Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. -Knowledge of environmental compliance, regulations, or the desire to become a subject matter expert.
