Tasks

The Marketing &Officer is responsible for coordinating and executing the group’s marketing activities, ensuring consistent brand presence across all locations and channels. The role also involves managing relationships with partners and sponsors, activating sponsorship deliverables, and ensuring all events and campaigns meet brand and partnership objectives. -Support the planning and execution of internal and external events. -Manage event logistics related to partner participation and brand representation. -Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to plan and execute joint events and collaborations. -Liaise with finance for sponsorship payments and invoice tracking. -Maintain an updated database of sponsors, partners, and activation plans. -Assist in content creation, photo/video shoots, and brand representation at events. -Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions across all branches. -Track campaign performance and assist in preparing marketing reports. -Ensure brand consistency and visibility across all activations. -Monitor marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and deliverables. -Serve as the main point of contact for partners and sponsors. -Coordinate with internal teams (design, social media, operations, events) to ensure timely execution of marketing plans. -Coordinate and execute partnership activations, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled (branding, mentions, event presence, etc.).

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. -Strong communication and relationship management skills. -2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, partnerships, or events. -Creative mindset with attention to detail. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic familiarity with design or social media tools is a plus. -Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
