Tasks

-Constantly learn and search for ways to improve traffic, leasing, and total income. -Responds to issues outside of normal work schedule when required to ensure the safety and satisfaction of residents. -Represents the community on the phone and in written communication. -Work alongside the Community Director in achievement of property goals. -Embodies company policies and procedures in all interactions. -Operates computers and other technological devices on site. -Greets residents, cleans and maintains a neat office, and serves as a point of contact. -Be the primary communicator to prospects, residents, vendors, and your market. -Presents a professional image and effectively represents the company to residents, vendors, and owners alike. -Provides exemplary customer service to all residents proactively solving issues, and creating a warm and welcoming environment for all.. -Drives property performance by participating in resident events, marketing the property, and focusing on resident retention. -Completes prospective resident tours, showcasing the property with pride. -Resolves issues in a timely manner with a focus on customer service. -Effectively manage the community's reputation via social media, direct communication, and marketing. -Abides by federal fair housing standards and all other applicable laws. -Frequently sit, stand and walk.

What You Bring

-Previous Leasing experience preferred. -Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls. -Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. -Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus. -Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate, though the ability to withstand seasonal cold and heat of the outdoors is necessary. -Travel up to 5% of the time. -Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. -Previous experience working with a team to meet success. -Regularly required to talk or hear. -(1) year of multi-family property management experience preferred.
