Overview
Install, maintain & repair gate operators and access control systems.

Tasks
-Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with systems and components (e.g., control boards, sensors, card readers, keypads). -Maintain accurate inventory and expenses per company guidelines. -Install, maintain, and repair gate operators, access control systems, and associated hardware. -Ensure all work complies with safety codes, OSHA regulations, and UL 325 standards. -Travel to job sites and respond to emergency service calls as needed. -Provide responsive, professional customer service and build strong client relationships. -Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents. -Run and repair underground wiring and conduit for system connectivity.

What You Bring
-Experience with or interest in low voltage systems, gate automation, and access control technology. -Previous experience in gate automation, low-voltage wiring, or access control installation. -Familiarity with card readers, intercom systems, phone entry, cameras, and barcode readers. -Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. -Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in outdoor environments. -Understanding of PLC systems and ability to read complex schematics. -Welding/fabrication skills and/or general construction experience. -Comfortable using power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment. -Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
