-Advise on the selection of suitable contractors / specialist for the routine maintenance work, services and supplies -Monitor maintenance budget and prepare progress payment to ensure cashflow projections are met and payments are promptly made to contractors and suppliers -Update and administer both pre and post contract administration works -Prepare and ensure accuracy of project cost estimates and specifications for all Cyclical, Additions & Alterations and Improve works etc. under the Contract -Prepare, call and administer various tenders for the routine maintenance work, services and supplies
-Good problem solver -Preferably with some experience in maintenance contracts -Diploma / Degree in Estate Management / Building or other related fields
