Tasks

-To carry out driving duties in a professional manner when required to support operational requirements -The MT (Transport) and Travel Administrator role will process all hire and third-party booking requests. It will also provide general MT office support and will assist the Travel Team as and when required -To work within clear guidelines, policies and procedures , maintain data and efficient filing systems following strict processes for accuracy -Participate in an on-call service to ensure a fast response to emergencies

What You Bring

-Competent in the use of Microsoft office to an intermediate level -Demonstrate competence in the use of bespoke MoD Management Information Systems -Must be able to work unsupervised or as part of a team -Experience of face to face customer service within a busy customer focussed office environment -Meticulously organised and have excellent communication skills
