Tasks

-Ensure design and implementation of operational and compliance control framework tailored to key processes across the group. This will also factor in the laws and regulations impacting various geographies wherein the opcos are operating -Conduct risk and control assessments across core business operations. Identify gaps or inefficiencies and recommend mitigating actions -Coordinate with internal and external auditors for operational and compliance audits /reviews. Provide required documentation and follow through on remediation actions -Ensure development and enforcement of standardized operating procedures and internal control policies, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements and operational best practices -Plan and conduct regular control testing and compliance reviews. Track and report on findings, action plans, and improvements. -Track and report on control performance, highlighting key risks, issues, and deviations -Ensure establishment of Framework to monitor regulatory compliance requirements applicable to the group and its opcos. Ensure controls are in place to meet obligations under local laws and industry regulations -Develop and deliver training to business teams to increase awareness and understanding of operational risks and compliance responsibilities

What You Bring

-Data-driven: able to build KPI dashboards and identify trends -8+ years of experience in internal controls, operations risk, compliance, or audit, with at least 3 years in a leadership or group-level role -Working knowledge of HSE, anti-bribery, data-privacy and other key regulations -Hands-on experience mapping end-to-end ops processes and writing SOPs -Strong grasp of COSO, ISO 9001/45001/14001 or similar control standards -Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, Compliance, Finance, or a related field
