Project Coordinator - Commercial Electrical

Overview

Provides admin support for electrical construction projects, handling docs, billing, PO, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• timesheet reconcile
• job setup
• po management
• billing prep
• submittals
• test prints

Tasks

-Reconciliation of timesheets to work orders and work orders to work order logs -Job number generation and set-up of job information -Investigation of purchase order summary reports -Billing preparation -Understand and comply with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards, if applicable -Generation of submittals and final close out packages -Enter POs in the system -Print test results -Assist project professionals in various administrative areas

What You Bring

-Ability to think practically in order to solve office problems and interface effectively with senior project personnel -Associate degree preferred -Minimum 1 -3 years of administrative support experience in the construction industry -Excellent computer skills including MS Word and Excel -Regular and predictable attendance -Strong written and oral communication skills
