Tasks

-Contribute to the design and review of infrastructure systems using engineering principles and software tools to deliver efficient and sustainable solutions. -Implement and uphold safety and security protocols to protect the well-being of all employees and company assets. -Coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans, timelines, and quality expectations. -Assist in preparing and tracking project budgets alongside senior engineers to support financial control and cost-effective delivery. -Conduct site assessments with senior staff to evaluate readiness, identify challenges, and support informed planning. -Develop and review detailed project plans and timelines in coordination with senior engineers to ensure structured and feasible project execution. -Resolve technical issues within your scope to support continuous project momentum and avoid delays. -Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in workmanship and material performance. -Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a productive work environment. -Maintain regular communication with project management and stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure project alignment. -Monitor construction processes to ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and technical standards.
