Construction Manager

Overview

Lead and oversee large-scale data center construction projects from design to completion.

Tasks

-Lead end-to-end construction projects including ground-up builds, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. -Manage cross-functional teams and vendors (GCs, A&E firms, commissioning agents, etc.) to coordinate all phases of construction. -Report project status and risks to leadership, providing clear action plans and updates. -Oversee contract administration including subcontracts, change orders, and cost forecasting. -Drive construction best practices across multiple projects and regions, aligning with company standards. -Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule standards through regular site inspections and reporting.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). -Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. -Hold US Citizenship. -Strong knowledge of data center design and construction, including MEP systems and high-density cooling. -Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel) and construction documentation. -5+ years of experience managing large-scale data center or mission-critical construction projects. -Have extensive mission critical experience, ideally in data center construction. -Be based in the US and able to be on site fully at this location.
