The Role

Overview

Plan and schedule maintenance for Defence assets using SAP S/4HANA.

Tasks

-Identify maintenance tasks, parts and resources required. -Liaise with the Scheduling team to effectively Plan maintenance around Commonwealth priorities and planned completion dates. -Provide feedback to Commonwealth Personnel on the progress of scheduled maintenance programs. -Conduct maintenance work planning in line with the fleet maintenance planning directions issued by the Senior Regional Planner. -Use the Commonwealth Sap S4/HANA System to plan and manage approved maintenance programs and Work Orders within work groups. -Liaise with the Scheduling team to effect changes in scheduling to meet customer requirements. -Source parts via internal and external means. -Work 38 hours per week Monday to Friday with an early 12pm finish every Friday

What You Bring

-Strong organisational and communication skills -Proven experience in maintenance planning or scheduling, ideally in a trade or industrial setting. -A trade qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering or similar) is ideal -You must be an Australian Citizen and able to maintain a Defence Security Clearance -Familiarity with SAP or similar systems and willingness to learn
