Tasks

-Design training programs tailored to various job roles and skill levels within the operational landscape, based on the needs of the serviced organizations. Use industry standard processes, ground breaking technologies, and innovative methodologies to deliver effective learning experiences. -Identify key training topics and techniques that can use the latest digitalization tools to improve and increase the training effectiveness, while working to standardize and harmonize training with other Siemens Energy training centers, so that training can be provided consistently, regardless of where the training occurs. -Lead and manage a team of training professionals, including trainers, instructional designers, and competence assessors. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure team members are equipped to deliver high-quality training solutions. -Lead the establishment of the Naroda Training Center, overseeing its physical infrastructure, procurement of equipment, and operational setup and define a long-term strategy for training and competence development, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standard methodologies. -Develop and implement a strategic training & competence framework aligned with the company's objectives and industry standards. Collaborate with senior management in the region to identify training needs and prioritize initiatives that drive organizational growth and performance.

What You Bring

-Strategic problem solver to translate business goals into actionable training initiatives. -10+ years of relevant experience in service businesses (field service, repair operations, customer technical support) or equivalent, with a proven history of developing and commercializing training offerings to industrial customers. -Demonstrates professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization, from leadership teams to shop floor personnel and external clients. -Strong analytical skills to assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and drive data-driven decision-making and strong understanding of turbo machinery principles, operations, and maintenance practices. -Bachelor's degree in engineering or technology, business administration, or a related field, ideally combined with an MBA or equivalent management experience.
