Overview

Manage lease lifecycle for commercial properties, coordinating with legal, accounting and management.

Tasks

You will report to the Director of Leasing and have full ownership of the lease lifecycle process, whilst collaborating with other stakeholders including legal, property management, accounting, and the senior leadership team.

What You Bring

To be considered for this role you must have prior experience in Leasing Administration for a commercial portfolio with extensive knowledge in different types of leases. This role would suit someone who is proactive, detail orientated and enjoys working as part of a team to increase operational efficiencies.
