Tasks

-Oversee and engage in the development of existing client relationships, including conducting periodic meetings, developing proposals and budgets, and gathering feedback with teammates -Develop engineering plans and specifications in a team environment for a multitude of projects -Analyze complex technical challenges and develop new or improved techniques, approaches, and alternative solutions -Direct projects by managing and delegating tasks, forecasting and proactively addressing workload, financial performance, and staffing needs, while collaborating with clients and teammates across the organization -Prepare agreements and manage the creation and approval of construction plans, bid documents, technical specifications, and construction cost estimates

What You Bring

-Experience with GIS Systems is a plus – GIS is one of the tools we use to create better projects -8+ years of experience working on complex projects that involved site layout, grading, utility design and stormwater management -Has interest in growing business development skills -Proficient in the following: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, MS Office -Experience in developing and compiling/producing site plans, construction documents, specification, and engineering reports -BS in Civil Engineering or related field -Willingness to learn implementation of integrated services projects in a team with multidisciplinary skills -Knowledge of land development construction including codes and development regulations -Exhibits strong leadership skills and growth potential
