Tasks

-Underwriting & Financial Modeling: Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate potential acquisitions, including cash flow projections, sensitivity analyses, and return metrics. -Investment Memos: Draft clear, concise, and compelling investment memoranda for internal and external stakeholders. -Due Diligence & Closing Support: Assist in coordinating due diligence efforts, including reviewing leases, third-party reports, and legal documentation. Support closing processes and transaction execution. -Market Research: Conduct thorough market and submarket analysis, including demographic trends, competitive landscape, and tenant performance. -Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with acquisitions, asset management, leasing, and finance teams to ensure alignment and execution of investment strategies. -Cross-Regional Support: Provide analytical and strategic support to deal teams across other regions as needed

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Argus and Excel-based financial modeling is required. -1–3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, brokerage, investments, or finance; retail sector experience strongly preferred. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field -Strong quantitative skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. -University (Degree) Preferred
