- Prior industry experience in an AECO organization.
- Experience with Large Language Models, Knowledge Graphs, and Agentic Frameworks.
- Computational or generative design experience.
- Currently pursuing a Masters or PhD degree in Construction, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, AI/ML or related fields.
- Experience with web development frameworks (eg. Three.js, react)
- Experience with modern generative AI tools and frameworks (eg. GPT, Claude, etc.)
- Very strong technical skills in building rapid software prototypes
- Experience with programming 3D graphics frameworks and APIs.
- Prior experience building AI agents, knowledge graphs, and MCPs.
- Strong communications skills and teamwork experience.
- Solid understanding of Construction and AECO workflows. Basic knowledge of Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud or other construction management platforms.
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals, with a proficiency in either Python, C#, Javascript.
- Creative, flexible and enjoy working with new technology in a research setting.
