Tasks
-Oversee contract performance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. -Act as the primary point of accountability for program delivery and customer satisfaction -Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and performance to ensure delivery excellence -Provide trusted advice to Defence stakeholders and maintain strong, strategic relationships. -Lead demand management, performance frameworks, and strategic planning. -Promote a culture of asset management and align team culture with strategic intent. -Drive program goals aligned with KBR and customer strategic objectives -Drive innovation, digital capability development, and technology adoption. -Lead all aspects of program delivery, including policy development, and strategic decision-making

What You Bring
-Broad Defence industry knowledge and strategic leadership capabilities. -15+ years in Defence project/program management, including Tier 1 maritime sustainment. -Proven leadership of large, multidisciplinary teams and major programs. -Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering and/or Business, or equivalent senior management experience. -Experience in change management and client relationship management. -Deep understanding of Maritime Sustainment industry trends and emerging technologies. -Expertise in Earned Value Management and strategic planning. -Strong customer engagement at senior levels.
