Tasks

-Lead cross functional meetings and drive team alignment on business processes with many stakeholders -Collaborate with stakeholders across different areas for the development of requirements documents, data models, and process flow diagrams -Build and maintain requirements repositories, data documents, and process flow diagrams. Define functional and non-functional detailed requirements -Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. -Develop test cases and execute robust testing of new functionality as well as verify existing functionality performs as expected

You bridge different teams together to facilitate alignment and progress. -Communicate effectively technical concepts to non-technical audiences -Adept at discussing technical concepts -Experience with these technologies is a plus: SAP, Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics -Maintain high level of attention to detail with proven analysis skills to identify, synthesize, and analyze requirements -Analytical and problem-solving mindset -Ability to intake many pieces of data in different forms and clearly understand insights, functionality, and issues from this far-reaching data -Excellent writing quality -Relationship Builder: You engage positively with many audiences – developers, designers, various business stakeholders, and leaders. You effectively understand others, build deep trust, and foster buy-in and partnership across teams. -Familiarity with ecommerce is a plus. -5+ years as a business analyst, project manager, product owner, or relevant experience. -Experience in both agile and waterfall technology delivery -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Strong Decision-Making Ability: You seek new information from many different sources and have frameworks to turn this data into insight of current pain points and future features. You demonstrate logical thinking and effective ways to comprehend complicated things. -Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies. -Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, etc.) or combination of experience and education.
