-Ensure that the Document Control Procedure is followed by the PMO and the PMCs and update the Procedure when needed. -Create Workflows for Programme Documentation in the EDMS -Provide outstanding/overdue weekly log reports -Training team members on the EDMS -Manage the PMO Sharepoint -Manage the EDMS for the Programme which is currently ACC

-Strong verbal and written skills in English -Experience in managing Sharepoint structure -Self Motivation to gain alignment on the EDMS with the PMO and PMCs on the EDMS -Strong familiarity with ACC -Willingness to share knowledge and train others on the EDMS and Sharepoint -HIgh attention to Quality -15 years experience in document control -Degree Qualified -Experience in procedure writing
