Overview

Perform multi‑trade responsive repairs (joinery/plumbing) for social housing tenants.

Tasks

-Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes -The works include the repairs of various doors, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, patch plastering and general handyman type duties to ensure functionality.

• vinyl flooring

What You Bring

-The role will also require a DBS check to be completed -Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively to meet Company targets -Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a Multi Trade background, a joinery qualification is desirable. -Full UK driving license is required. -Vinyl floor laying, cap and coving would be beneficial but not essential
