The Role
Overview
Assist in managing lab and higher‑education construction projects, handling data, docs and budgets.

Tasks
-Report to ownership team, prepare agendas and meeting minutes, and track required follow-ups items as required. -Assist with the monthly project report. -Create meeting minutes for OAC and other meetings as required. -Weekly progress report with photo documentation. -Produce tracking logs, research matrices, and RFQ/RFPs and comparison charts for various Owner consultants. Participate in consultant interviews as required. Draft and edit contract documents as needed. -Effectively manage a variety of work to required standards of quality, quantity, and timeliness. -Download drawings and project information into Procore. -Thoroughly review, interpret, and understand the project specifications and contract drawings -Provide support to Principals, Project Directors, and PMs as needed, including but not limited to developing, reviewing, and/or maintaining logs for: RFQ/RFP, RFI, Change Orders, Invoices & Payments, Contract Documents. -Developing knowledge and understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequences. -Analyze data from consultants. -Track master project budgets and schedules for respective projects through all phases of design and construction. -Prepare Client deliverables for review, researching means, methods, and best practices, and conducting site visits and inspections. -Assist in the preparation of presentations, analyses, research, interviews as needed.

What You Bring
-Superior written and oral communication skills. -Understanding of construction methods, materials and sequences, and architectural/construction drawings and specifications. -Field experience is required. -BS in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a closely related field is highly preferred. -Proficient in Microsoft Office, fluent in the use of Microsoft Excel. -Strong working knowledge of Adobe Suite. -Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Communicate clearly and inclusively at all levels. -2+ years' of construction project management with experience with higher education or laboratory projects is preferred. -Strong initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
