Tasks

-Use the tools and resources as provided within the guidelines specified -Complete reporting as directed -Treat all internal and external customers, clients, and co-workers with respect -Complete onboarding of new Financial Coach accounts -Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions. -Maintain client files and appropriate electronic documentation as directed -Processing of client financial statements as necessary -Update and maintain templates -Retrieves information as requested from records, emails, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed. -Work with clients to set foundational structure in accounting software -Update Financial Coach resources as directed
