Tasks

-Perform routine quality checks using measuring tools and instruments -Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or deviations from standards -Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment -Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals -Manufacturing floor with exposure to moving mechanical parts, moderate noise, and varying temperatures -Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine production requirements -Assist in inventory management and report material shortages or equipment issues -Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation -Conduct basic troubleshooting and minor repairs as needed -Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and ensure product quality -Set up and operate machinery according to established procedures and safety standards

What You Bring

-Prior experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role is a plus -Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required -Basic computer proficiency -Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods -Manual dexterity and visual acuity required for operating machinery and inspecting products -Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools (e.g., tape measure, calipers) -Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Regularly lift and/or move up to 25lbs; occasionally up to 50lbs -High school diploma or equivalent preferred -Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
