-Maintain high-quality standards and follow all safety procedures -Shop Service: Work with mentor technicians in a fully equipped shop -Set-up, diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance

What You Bring

-Must own tools required to perform heavy equipment repairs -Welding and fabrication experience: MIG welding, arc gouging, oxyacetylene torch -Familiarity with hydraulic pumps, valves, and motors -Hands-on experience with transmissions, track systems, components, and fuel systems -Formal training from OEM programs or accredited technical schools -Previous experience with Caterpillar or competitive earthmoving equipment brands -Proficient in technical diagnostics and able to use Cat ET (Electronic Technician) or similar systems -Experience using diagnostic tools such as Cat ET, Cummins Insite, or competitor platforms -Strong mechanical understanding of diesel engines, electrical, and hydraulic systems -High school diploma or equivalent
