Tasks

-Develop and implement comprehensive mobilization strategies for complex, large-scale projects -Continuously improve mobilization procedures and best practices to enhance operational efficiency -Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the mobilization process -Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively and efficiently -Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for potential mobilization challenges -Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government agencies, to facilitate smooth project initiation -Monitor and report on mobilization progress, identifying and resolving issues proactively -Manage logistics for personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring timely delivery to project sites
