Tasks

-Ensuring drivers remain compliant by conducting regular checks on (Driving Licences, Vehicle Use, and Assessments etc.) -Investigating drivers against work streams to ensure compliance -Processing driving assessment records for all new drivers joining the business. -Loading and dealing with NIP’s - Notice of Intended Prosecution from the police for speeding fines -Answering calls and handling driver care complaints from start to finish -Monitoring unauthorised use of vehicles - seeing through from start to finish

What You Bring

-Desirable knowledge and understanding of fleet processes -Proficiency in Microsoft Office -PC Literate -Professional telephone manner -Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure -Preferred Administration experience. -Ability to organise and prioritise your workload and work independently. -Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) -Preferred attention to details and accuracy
